I wanted to make sure I gave a thorough & honest review so I put it to the full test & it has been phenomenal!

As it started I found I spent a lot of my time sleeping & then it eased up towards the end. I noticed that I was eating a lot more. I was constantly hungry & this is a big thing because my appetite had pretty much vanished before this. After speaking to Nadia & doing some reflection I realised that I had been blocking myself from eating properly for years. That block is definitely gone because I am struggling to keep up with my appetite now & I am honestly loving it.

I then had family down over the Easter holidays and I have been able to truly enjoy it & interact with them more. I tend to require a lot of solitude to maintain my peace, but I believe that now I am more grounded (which is something I struggle with) I was able to spend more time with them all and required less solitude.

I have noticed subtle changes such as doing little things around the house, which bring me joy, which I haven’t done in a long time (and by that I mean since childhood) but I actually enjoyed doing them before & I enjoy doing it now. I am not sure what specific block was removed for that, but I know there was one because I would actively avoid doing those things right up until the cleanse finished.

I have noticed that I am not as anxious about certain things in my life like I was before & I am able to deal with them better. I also felt some shame & guilt around some things I had done in the past and I have been able to process this. I believe the result of this first cleanse for me was removing lingering blocks regarding love which I didn’t know I had. I feel much more loving of myself & I already believed I did love myself because I have done a lot of self-love work over the years.

This cleanse truly exceeded my expectations. I feel much more rounded as a whole & I can’t remember when I last felt like this. I can honestly say I am so glad that I invested in this and I know I will be getting this on a more regular basis. It removed blocks that I didn’t even realise I had until they were gone and I am excited for my next one.

Since receiving this cleanse there have been significant changes in my both my energetic body and my physical body. A few weeks ago, I had insomnia and could not gather the energy to wake up in the mornings for classes or work. Post-cleanse, my motivation and energy levels have sprung up. The anxiety previously kept me from getting to sleep is gone and I regained my ability to vividly dream again.

When Nadia messaged me to inform me the cleanse was complete, I began to receive swelling near my heart chakra and sacral chakra as well as acne breakout on my forehead/third eye. My body was working in tandem with spirit to get rid of the impurities within me spiritually and physically. All of these areas of my body are healing and the mental connections I had with people who did not have my best interests at heart began to fall away. Much of what Nadia cleared for me were projections from other people, not anything of my own. Both Nadia and Belvia have taught me how to protect myself from predators and this cleanse has kept those predators at bay.
