For the individuals that feel on emotional rollercoaster, navigating the storm of emotional intensity,feeling overwhelmed and drowning with emotions, or those on the polar opposite side - experiencing the emotions ‘ freeze’, either after a traumatic event or struggling with emotional intelligence and the wall they have built over the years to protect themselves and finding it difficult to open up and express themselves emotionally which is blocking them from experiencing deep and more intimate relationships and themselves.
